DOREEN and Mernda’s first Community Bank® has opened its doors.

The Branch opened at the Laurimar Town Centre on February 10th this year.

The branch is headed by manager Jennifer Pearson.

 It took three years and more than $900,000 in community pledges to get the branch up and running.

Eighty per cent of the banks profits are donated to community projects.

Other branches are at Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge, Eltham and a sub-branch in Kinglake.

The branch is at Laurimar Town Centre, Shop 3, 101 Hazel Glen Drive, Doreen.

The branch is now a proud sponsor of the Whittlesea Golf Club.
